Our job is to help our customers update, start fresh or restore any residential or commercial property.  Nichols Custom Builders is a general contracting company that specializes in the entirety of your construction project.  Our experience is in providing the following:  Overseeing the construction project from start to finish . Sub-contracting specialty work, such as plumbing, electrical and mechanical.  Obtaining permits and construction plans for the project.  Estimating cost of materials and labor.  Coordinating all of the materials, labor and equipment needed to complete the Job.
